The Cannon-Automata F3-PAC is a Programmable Automation Controller (PAC). It combines the features and capabilities of a PC based control system with that of a typical PLC and motion control. The low power consumption of the F3 device family’s Intel®-Atom™-CPU enables operation with passive cooling at extremely compact dimensions and low system cost.
In spite of the compact enclosure the F3 base unit offers all interfaces known from the PC technology like Ethernet and USB. Operator panels are connected over DVI/VGA or via the Automata Panel Interface, a solution to transmit video, touchscreen, USB and power over a single cable.
The integrated IO bus allows the local or remote connection of F3 IO modules. For high sophisticated applications a sercos III master interface is available. 512 KB NVRAM and a CAN interface complement the list of important features for the application of the F3 as a automation controller.
The F3 base unit is programmed with CoDeSys in IEC-61131, as operating system Windows® CE is used. Other operating systems are available on demand.

Automata offers different flat panel monitors specially designed to be placed in a variety of industrial environments requiring protection at the frontal bezel from the intrusion of dust and/or splashing water (IP65). This Industrial flat panel satisfies a wide variety of industrial control and Man-Machine Interface applications and is integrated with a very bright, high-contrast, and extremely durable true industrial grade TFT display.
The connection between the flat panel monitor and F3 or A2 controller is made easy, by using a single standard cable for video signal, touch screen USB interface and power. The F3 panels are equipped with a front panel USB connector and can be mounted in portrait or landscape position.
SCS3 is a compact, modular control for DIN-rail mounting with CAN and Sercos III real-time master or slave interface. The technical features predestine the SCS3 system for the automation of modular machines. It combines the advantages of a compact control with fast, highly synchronous and reliable communication over the real-time Ethernet standard Sercos III.
SCS3 devices are programmed with the IEC 61131 tool CoDeSys.

OptinJect is all-in-one control system specially developed for the automation of plastic processing machines, e.g. injection molding machines.
All-in-one means that: I/Os, control, visualization, networking and expandability are already present in to the OptinJect system. ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) CPUs integrated with particular cooling system without fans, allow the system to operate in harsh environment condition.
OptinJect is also a modular I/Os Control System with an optional CAN bus or Sercos III PCI board for standard I/O connections.
